What TFL expects from you as a future TFL:

• -Good sportsmanship and a level of maturity.
• -A level of game play that will allow players to communicate and work with each other. Planned strategies and tactical adaption are what we strive to perfect.
• - The use of Xfire, forums, and Teamspeak is a bonus for TFL in order to communicate in and out of games. This allows us to plan meetings or game parties. So please take advantage of the ways of communication. At least post on the forums once a week to allow us to know you are still alive.
• -And above all to have fun. We are here to allow people to play with friends and have good games.

Recruitment Policy: In order to join TFL we have a recruitment policy that allows us to get to know you. You must be put on a trial period. This period will allow you to get to know the clan while we work with you in order to become a better player. The trial period can last as long as TFL members feel in order to get to know you well enough. So the sooner you meet and play with others the quicker you are granted full membership. We are a clan about fun. We also though want to be skilled gamers that strive to perfect strategies and skills. If you feel that you are qualified to be TFL then apply. We look forward to having new members join our ranks.

First Person Shooters : TFL Rules of Engagement

While wearing the TFL tag and representing the TFL name, you shall adhere to the following rules. Failure to do so will result in action taken against you with regards to your future within this clan.

1. Manners - You shall not under any circumstances use extreme bad language, racist taunts or harsh flammatory remarks. This applies ingame and on any relevant chat clients, voice clients or forum boards. TFL is a semi mature clan with members of all ages, we all enjoy a bit of banter but use common sense, you know what is acceptable and what isn't.

2. Professionalism - Respect your fellow comrades and those you play with/against. After all, this is just a game and should be enjoyed. Play to the best of your ability and give as good as you get. Respect in the clan community will get you far but you have to earn it.

3. NEVER quit - Do not leave a game in session without good reason. If you are getting a stuffing by a player(s) who are better than you, learn from it and use it in your next game. Also quitting games harms TFL's reputation and this is unacceptable.

4. Cheating - Anyone caught cheating in any manner will be banned from TFL immediately. If you have to cheat in a game like this then you have no business playing games in the first place. If a complaint is received about a TFL member 'suspected' of cheating then an investigation will be carried out, the member will be suspended from all official clan games while said investigation is under way, this is regardless of innocence or guilt.

5. Command - Currently there is a command structure in place, this consists of a Captain -outright leader- and 2 advisors -assistant leaders in leaders absence-. This is likely to change over the coming months but for the moment Command is for organisational purposes only. At later stages A command structure will be set up that will include ranks of authority for the purpose of team games that require that little more organisation. When such a structure is set in place, it will be respected by all TFL UT3 members. UT3 ranks and relevant authority are strictly limited within the UT3 division.

I reserve -for myself and any future Captains- the right to change this rule set to suit unforeseen events and situations.
